Uptown at Garibaldi by Target Homes

Target Homes has submitted an application for a zoning amendment which, if approved, would rezone both sides of 40480 Tantalus Road from RL-2 to a comprehensive development zone to facilitate a large scale mixed use development with retail, office, rental and residential condominiums built across 3 phases.

Phase 1: 6 storey + podium mixed use building with approximately 23,000 sq.ft. of retail at grade, 9,250 sq.ft. of second floor office space and 104 purpose built market rental residential units on the top 4 floors

Phase 2: 6 storey + podium mixed use building with approximately 12,000 sq.ft. of retail at grade, 22,500 sq.ft. of office space on the bottom two floors, and 104 condo units on the top 4 floors

Phase 3: 5 storey + podium residential building with 99 condominium units
