Finch Drive - The Levette Condos (Phase 3) by Diamond Head Developments

Diamond Head Developments, the builders of Skyridge have started selling Finch Drive, their newest master planned community in the City of Squamish.

In total there are 210 homes in this community, a combination of duplexes, townhomes and condominiums selling across 5 phases. The site is situated on an elevated 20 acre lot with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Amongst the 210 homes there will be 20 duplexes, 18 townhomes and 172 condominium units spread across 4 buildings, the highest being 6 storeys.

Also included will be 32 affordable rental units, 4 market rental units and a children's daycare. 

The homes will be constructed using modern building technologies, as the developer is committed to building every efficient homes approaching Net Zero.

Several community amenity contributions have been proposed to facilitate this project, including a multi use path from Finch Drive to Loggers Lane, construction of a Squamish Legacy Sports Park multi use path, a Finch Drive to Raven Drive multi use path, construction of ski jumps and a shelter at the Squamish Legacy Sports Park, and construction of children's facilities in a public park.
