Highline at Garibaldi Springs by Polygon

Polygon Homes is now developing their large master-planned townhome community which will be constructed on the former Garibaldi Springs golf course in Squamish. The 48.3 acres of land has been rezoned to allow for residential construction of 310 townhomes. Construction is well underway and initial move ins are schedule for the spring of 2023.

The first phase, branded as Highline, will consist of 60 ground-oriented homes; including 3 storey townhouses, two storey duplexes and single storey cottages and is expected to be released for sale sometime in early 2023. 

Polygon is proposing 100% ground‑oriented homes. These homes will be one, two and three storeys in height, with one to four bedrooms, ranging in size from 1,138 sf to 2,600 sf. Each community will have publicly accessible trails and green space. Each townhome garage will include a single or two side‑by‑side parking spaces (no tandem parking garages).
