Sirocco by Mireau Property Developments

Construction is well underway for Mireau Property Developments' three, 6-storey buildings along the Blind Channel waterfront in Downtown Squamish. The project will include 138 rental apartments and 5,597 square feet of commercial space, as well as 27 float homes and 4 floating commercial units. Marine-oriented businesses along with a restaurant, café, offices and a recreation equipment rental business are imagined for the commercial space. 

Although the apartments are expected to be market rental, the 27 float homes are expected to be offered for sale sometime in 2021. The float homes will be roughly 1,400 sf in size.
