The project proposes 6 phases projected to be completed over 20 years including mixed-uses such as retail, civic and educational. In total, the development will cover 60 acres of land with a residential portion of approximately 2,500 new homes. The development includes provisions for light industrial facilities, offices, and a learning campus, aiming to create approximately 2,200 full-time jobs and stimulate significant economic growth.

A 3-kilometer multi-use waterfront trail will encircle the peninsula, providing residents and visitors with scenic walking and cycling paths that connect various parts of the community. The southern portion of the  development features an 11-acre public park which includes two beaches and open green spaces.

Plans are in place for a Harbour Air seaplane terminal at the southeastern edge of the property, potentially offering air services between Squamish, Vancouver, and Whistler. The presentation centre on site has now completed, with plans to open in conjunction with the new House of Lager brewery located just steps away from the Pacific Ocean.
