Woodbridge Homes and Citimark have proposed to build 104 stacked townhomes spread across 10 different 3 storey buildings, with 182 secured underground parking spaces.
The application proposes 31 one-bedroom, 7 two-bedroom, and 52 three-bedroom homes. There will also be 14 lock off suites included in the stacked townhomes.
The site is located at 1951, 1963, 1987 Glenaire and 1982 & 1990 Belle Isle Place, and is adjacent to Belle Isle Park, close to Park Royal Shopping Center, and 10 minutes to downtown Vancouver.
