A big change is coming to Lynn Valley that will reshape the community as we know it. Architect Chris Dikeakos has done an amazing job capturing the feel of a mountain village. The master planned community known as ‘The Residence at Lynn Valley’ is located on Lynn Valley Road where the Zellers was previously located. The development includes six buildings and over 350 new homes. Homes are expected to range in price from around $300,000 to over $2 million.
A commercial area including a grocery store will be built at ground level for both the community and the residents’ convenience. Lynn Valley Centre will also undergo an extensive renovation and will provide additional shops and services in addition to a number of already established hot spots like Browns Social House and The Black Bear Pub.Lynn Valley is a great community to call home with quick access to the Highway, and only a quick bus ride down to the seabus and Downtown Vancouver. Don’t forget Lynn Valley also offers some of Vancouver’s most scenic outdoor attractions in its own backyard.
